Bra is slightly padded but can be adjusted by adding more stuffing or removing stuffing. 
The width of the dress, laid on a flat surface, unstretched is 14.5 inches  /37cms - stretches to 21 inches /53cms so double that for chest size. Remember the more it stretches out the shorter the dress gets.
Stretch is from the crochet style of the dress.
There is a long back zip.
Length of dress from centre back neck to hem, unstretched, is:  59 inches /150cms
The model is a size UK 12  Probably suit UK dress size 12/14
