Well Made Kuchi Belt with no noticeable missing parts.  
Silver Ric-Rac Braid and a row of rounded Kuchi buttons are above a row of silvery coins on a kingfisher,  velvet base.
There is a beaded heart mirror (scratched) at each end of the belt.
